Parker Taylor

Parker is a young trans performer in the Indianapolis area. He has worked with companies like Civic, Beef and Boards, Footlite, Indy Drag Theatre and more! In addition to performing live vocals, and doing Drag under the name Honey Bun, he is a choreographer for theatres around Indy! Parker also runs a photography business and offers affordable headshots for all performers!

Vocal Coach

Jennie Kistner

Jennie has a degree in Choral Music Education from Ball State University.  After teaching choir in the schools and directing with the Indianapolis Children’s Choir for years, she is now a full-time voice teacher, audition coach, and musical director.  Jennie teaches voice lessons at North Central and Brownsburg High School as well as maintaining a home studio. Jennie is very passionate about serving ALL voices not just with acceptance but with research and an understanding of vocal pedagogy.  She has great experience teaching students of all ages and abilities with no judgment whatsoever.  Some students think of voice lessons as a “performance,” and Jennie likes to assure all that the voice lesson is where students should feel comfortable to make all the mistakes.

Drag King

Rodick

Rodick is a local drag king who performs silly, campy, or punk acts at open stages and shows throughout the city. He has been doing drag for about a year and hopes to encourage new performers to just go for it no matter their previous experience. His services include drag king makeup and advice for navigating the scene as a new performer.

Acting Coach

Rebecca McConnell

Rebecca McConnell has taught private acting and audition coaching for over fifteen years.  She has a passion for sharing her love with the performing arts with young performers. 

She studied musical theatre performance at Hope College in Holland Michigan, and received her teaching license from in theatre education from the University of Indianapolis. 

Rebecca has taught and directed productions throughout the Indianapolis area, including workshops through The Point, Civic Theatre, Brebeuf Preparatory High School, Clay Middle School, and Creekside Middle School. 

As a performer, her credits include productions at Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and Comedysportz Indianapolis. 

 She lives in Carmel with her husband and three kids.

Intimacy Coach/Choreographer 

Jaddy Ciucci

 Jaddy Ciucci (they/them) is a queer, genderfluid theatre artist whose work spans acting, singing, directing, and intimacy choreography and coordination. As a dedicated teaching artist, Jaddy brings an inclusive, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to working with students ranging from young actors to college-aged and adult performers. They are a National Michael Chekhov Association Teaching Candidate (Phase II complete) and have received intimacy training through Intimacy Directors and Coordinators (IDC) and Theatrical Intimacy Education (TIE). Jaddy offers both one-on-one coaching and group classes, cultivating brave spaces that value and respect diverse perspectives, and support artistic risk-taking through safe, boundaried practices and embodied storytelling.  Services: intimacy direction, intimacy coordination, intimacy consulting, intimacy choreography, sensitive subject support, one-on-one lessons or group workshops, directing, apprenticeship, coaching

Ty Stover

Ty Stover has been a theatre professional for 42 years. As a proud Actors' Equity Association member, he has performed in all 48 of the continental US through national tours (Sunday In The Park.., Wonderful Life, A Christmas Carol, Pygmalion, Greater Tuna, etc.), regional theatre across the country, including 17 years and 25+ shows for The Lilly Theatre at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, and 38 years with nearly 80 projects for Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre. Ty’s NYC Directing credits include: T’Bone “N Weasel, 5 Floor Walk-up, and How I Got That Story. Regional credits:  Stuart Little, Treasure Island, The Nature And Purpose Of The Universe, Jungle Book, Arsenic And Old Lace, Christmas From The Heart, Slammed, Ants, Invitations, Holly Jolly Christmas, and Aquarium. Wrote and directed What’s The Big Deal About Beethoven?  for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Mr. Teech Learns A Lesson for the Indiana Dept. As an educator, he created the theatre program for University High School of Indiana, which focused on inclusion and equity of all identities and neurodivergencies. He was part of the creative team that formed the Oak Hill Fine Arts Academy. As an audition coach, Ty has helped people into their first-choice college programs, careers in Broadway, national tours, regional theater, commercials, film, playwriting, and education.

 

His tendency towards “unconventional casting” and “pushing all the envelopes” has earned him both eye rolls and awards. He carries each of those with honor. He's very active in the queer rights community and welcomes the opportunity to work with people of all of the spectrums.

    Acting and Character Study Coach

    Max McCreary

    Max Andrew McCreary (He/they) is an Indianapolis-based theatre maker specializing in directing and dramaturgy. They hold a BA in Playwriting from Emory University and an are a graduate of the Cleveland Play House Director’s Gym. Through The Exchange NYC and Cleveland Play House, Max has supported playwrights including Robert Schenkkan, Grace McLean, Steve Cossons, Eric Coble, Alexis Scheer, George Brant, Melissa Crespo, and Kathy Najimi. In Indianapolis he is known for his passionate support for queer artists, most notably as a director for Indy Drag Theatre, the director and lead playwright of “A (Happy) Holiday” with Theatre Unchained, and in his administrative work as the Associate Executive Director of IF Theatre. They have also been a teaching artist at Roots’ School of Theatre for 6 years. 

    Max specializes in new work, bold adaptations of classic theatre, and leading devising ensembles utilizing their training with Tectonic Theatre Project, The Civilians and Frantic Assembly.  With Q-Star, Max is most enthusiastic about collaborating with talent on narrative speeches & monologues, offering dramaturgical support, and teaching pre-production skills for early career directors.
